About Sustenance and Sustainability
What I Do (or try to do…)

My goal is to give everyone easy, affordable, and sustainable ideas that are long lasting and environmentally friendly. And I want to help y’all have a full stomach while doing it.

I want to help as many small businesses as possible gain the much needed visibility and recognition for all of the work that they do to help the planet and local economies.

If I can bring a little humor (a smirk, a smile, a chuckle, a belly laugh, or a blank stare) to an otherwise relatively serious topic, I can go to sleep with a full heart.

Why You Should Read This Blog:
With many people staying at home, they are cleaning, eating, and self-caring much more frequently. As traditional products are getting used up, now is the perfect time to make the switch to more sustainable ones and make some great food while doing it. Some things you will find here are ideas for:
“I just want you to move out”
Whatever makes you happy sweetheart.
Kathleen (Mom)
“I’ll support you but you can’t quit your job”
I’ll support you emotionally, but I don’t know if I want to support you financially too.
Sam (BF)
“Meow”
Meow meow (He was compensated for his review).
Stitch (Cat)

Jello Whips
Loved ones getting oral surgery means I need to get creative with my soft foods. These whips are refreshing, light, and a bit healthier (there’s yogurt in there!).
